Moms Creations aka My Oh My Sweet Creations is proud to announce the affiliate program that is available to those that wish to make extra money.

 

Representative Application and Agreement

You get 30% commission, 5% on your 1st down line only and to stay active, you have to have an order any size once a quarter. If you become inactive, you will NOT get your overrides for your down line and will have to pay a $10 reactivation fee.

 

To join the program, you pay $10 and you get a FREE website, so that customers can order from you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Bonus Gift: After $50 in sales are created, You will get your choice of a sachet, baby jar candle, or bath salts for FREE, in the scent of your choice. You choose ONLY ONE.

 

Commissions will be paid monthly as long as you have at LEAST $10. If less than $10, then your commission will carry over until you reach that $10 and then I will pay it out.

 The commission on your down line of 5% will be paid out quarterly. Again, you have to have at least $10 to be paid.

You will NOT be allowed to sell on eBay. You can sell through the internet, shopping groups, yahoo groups, craft fairs, home parties, but no adverting in papers or magazines without the permission of the owner. If you fail to follow this rules; then you will be terminated and will lose ALL commission that you have earned. The owner, Stevi White, reserves the right to change the terms of the agreement at any time, giving prior notice to all affiliates within 30 days of the new change.

 

Member is responsible for their own 1099 form if sells are over $600 commission you need to report to your local taxes at filing time. 

I UNDERSTAND THAT AS A Representative, I am not an employee, franchise holder or legal representative of Mom Creations. I understand that I am working as a self-employed, independent contractor. As an Independent Contractor, I am responsible for filing all necessary federal, state and local taxes as my be applicable to my commissions, bonuses, and prizes received from Moms Creations. In particular, I will not be treated as an employee with  respect to any services for federal and state purposes. Also, I am not covered by any State Unemployment or Worker’s Compensation Act.
